Check-In
This reservation is guaranteed for late arrival. All rooms will be held until 10:00 Pm on day of arrival unless otherwise notified. Every effort is made to keep our office open 24 hours a day. At check-in our preferred methods of payment are Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, travelers’ checks, money orders, and cash. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted at check-in. We require that at check-in you present the credit card used to make your advance deposit and a credit card that will be used to cover all incidental charges. Balance is collected upon check-in. Check in time is anytime after 4pm and Check out time is 11am. Taxes and resort fees are currently 15.25%, in addition to the daily room rate. While we will do our best to honor any request you have, we cannot guarantee a certain room or floor preference.
Deposit Policy
For reservations 3 nights or less a 1-night deposit plus taxes & resort fee is required and applied to the first night of the stay. For reservations 4 nights or more a 2 -night deposit plus taxes & resort fee is required and applied to the first two nights of the stay. For monthly reservations a $300 deposit is required and held in place of a security deposit. For those on golf packages $100 deposit per person, golfer or non-golfer, is required.
Refund Policy
If cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of $20 per person cancelled is assessed. If cancellation is made 14 days or less, prior to arrival date, the entire deposit, per person cancelled, is forfeited. Please note that the group or the golfers remaining in the room of the golfer who cancels will be required to make up for his room charges. Golf must be cancelled 72 hours or more prior to scheduled tee-off per foursome, in order to obtain a refund. In case of rain, if the course is not charging, golfers are to obtain a signature from a golf course official on their tee-ticket, in order to receive a refund. If you obtain a rain check from a golf course there are no refunds. In all cases it is up to the course to determine if you get a rain check or you get a refund. Sorry, there are no refunds for early checkouts. Group leaders we request that you inform your group of all policies outlined herein, as you will be held responsible for all charges incurred by group members who were unaware of our policies. Please call for group cancellation policy of 20 or more golfers.
Changes
General Reservations: No changes are to be made within 2 weeks of arrival.
Golf Packages: A $30 processing fee is assessed per change made to confirmed rounds of golf and confirmed packages. No changes may be made less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
*Change fees for groups are based on terms and conditions stated during booking.
